Q3 2020 – October 15, 2020

Summerville, SC – Hannah Solar Government Services (HSGS) has completed construction and installation of dozens of renewable energy projects around the country and the world, but we also boast a large engineering department. Our NABCEP-certified photovoltaic (PV) designers and licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.) have designed almost all of the projects we’ve been awarded, everything from smaller roof-mounts to multi-megawatt microgrids. The General Services Administration (GSA) has contracted our engineering department to provide their services on a solar project. Our team will work on an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) report, photovoltaic production estimate, and a 35% design package for a Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) in Georgia. Our engineering team is always ready to work hard and provide quality design support for renewable energy systems and those integrating them.

We were also able to complete a project in Dublin, Georgia. The Carl Vinson VAMC now has a large, 854-kilowatt solar PV parking canopy. This project was funded by an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) by the Department of Energy and will provide shaded parking for the VAMC’s employees and patients while producing energy to support the facility itself. As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB), we are always honored for our work to serve those who have sacrificed so much for our country.
