Dave McNeil, is a Retired U.S. Army Colonel with 30 years of military management experience under his belt. As a former Base Commander for Fort Dix in New Jersey, Colonel Dave supervised over 10,000 personnel and their projects. Now, he continues to be an exemplary leader for both Hannah Solar Government Services employees as well as those of our Joint Venture (JV), HSGS-Ameresco. Colonel Dave’s military experience allows HSGS to truly understand the needs of our government clients, in turn enabling our commercial clients to benefit from government-grade services.
