Q2 2020 – July 15, 2020
Summerville, SC – Last quarter, Hannah Solar Government Services (HSGS) signed on to an ESPC IDIQ (Energy Saving Performance Contract, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) under Ameresco, Inc. for the Department of Energy. That project is for a Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Dublin, Georgia. Since then, our team has been brought on to two more contracts. HSGS will design and install a solar photovoltaic system at the Wm. Jennings Bryan Dorn VAMC of Columbia, SC and a ground-mounted PV system at the Central Alabama VAMC of Tuskegee, Alabama. Our team is excited to continue our partnership with Ameresco, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
We were able to use a small team to complete the installation of the parking canopy, roof-mount, and EV chargers—all solar PV systems—at the Biloxi VAMC. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are humbled and grateful to continue our service as safely as possible for some of our country’s most vulnerable citizens.
