THE CITADEL MILITARY COLLEGE, GUAM NAVAL BASE PROJECTS AWARDED TO HANNAH SOLAR GOVERNMENT SERVICES

Summerville, SC – Over the past few months, Hannah Solar Government Services (HSGS) has been awarded two exciting projects. One will be located on the roof of the newest addition to our local military college. The Citadel: The Military College of South Carolina opened its doors 1842 and has since sent thousands of students into the military with many lessons and tools under their belts. The Citadel’s campus possesses unique architecture, each building reminiscent of castles, plastered in white with turrets around each roof. The solar photovoltaic system will be built on the roof of the newly renovated Capers Hall, which houses the School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

In international news, our team of superb engineers, installers, and electricians have been awarded a logistically challenging contract by Pacific Rim Constructors to be built on the Naval Base at Apra Harbor, Guam. This contract marks our third project located in the far Pacific Ocean. Our team has completed three projects in Hawai’i, two projects in the Southern Pacific Marshall Islands, and now will take our expertise to the Western Pacific. As another small island in the planet’s largest ocean, our Professional Engineers (P.E.) and NABCEP-certified PV designers will design the ground mount to withstand 180-mile-per-hour winds.
